AF-1K granule packing scale is a high-speed and -accuracy packing unit designed for small packing machines, weighing 50g to 1kg. With a packing speed of up to 1,800 pcs/h.

Suitable for many different materials such as rice, millet, beans, and more. It is ideal for replacing a multihead combination packing machine and volumetric method packing machines. The AF-01K improves production efficiency, quality and reduces production costs.

High speed and accuracy: highest speed 1800pcs/h, best accuracy is +-2g.
Granular materials: special designed, small weighing range packages, rice, beans etc.
Stable performance: step motor + vibrator feeding-type, pneumatic discharging-type.
Parameter setting: self-adjust function with target value set only, easy operation.
